التأثير الأليلوباثى لبعض المستخلصات النباتية المائية والمبيد في انبات وقوة البادرة في نبات الشعير Hordeum vulgare L

چکیده
أجريت هذه الدراسة في مختبر قسم علم النبات بكلية العلوم / جامعة الزنتان عام 2020 م بهدف دراسة تأثير المستخلصات المائية انبات وقوة البادرة لنبات الشعير حيث استخدم التحليل العشوائي الكامل ) CRD) بثلاث مكررات وعامل واحد والمستخلصات هي T1) الشيح Artemisia herba-alba T2)النيم( Azadirachta indica T3) النعناع varidis Mentha T4) اليوكاليبتوس) Eucalyptus woodwardii T5) القبار) Cappris spinosa T6) التقفت) campestris T7) الزعتر) Thymus capitatus T8) الحرمل Peganum harmala ( T9معاملة المقارنة T10) مبيد الراكسل) اظهرت النتائج ان معاملة مستخلص التقفت T6 أدت الى زيادة نسبية الانبات بلغت 58% واعطت اعلى معدل سرعة 2.5 بدرة يوم بينما أعطى النيم T2 متوسط طول للجذير 8.43 ومتوسط الوزن الجاف 5 جرام وكذلك للرويشة 9.73 سم واعلى وزن جاف لها 6 اما المعاملات T5 القبار و T7 الزعتر تثبيط كل الصفات .
